1964 Corvair Monza Spyder Convertible

The last of the "unsafe at any speed" 1st generation Corvairs is factory turbocharged. With a 4 cyl air cooled rear engine and 4 wheel independent suspension, this deep red/black bucket seated factory speedster held its own on US highways with speeds matching the most powerful muscle cars of the era.
The rare power top option sets this 4 spd midget muscle car apart from its brethren and the white sidewalls and factory spinner wheel covers gentrify this surprisingly fast (and yes cute) wind in your hair "little" hot rod.
